When you order a DNA test or combination of tests, this order will include an initial consultation with Louise (Registered Dietitian) to better get to know you and your needs, as well as a feedback session to adequately interpret and practically translate your genetic results into actionable interventions. Once you have sent in your blood spot DNA collection or cheek cell swab and had your initial consultation, you can expect to be contacted for feedback of your results within 4-6 weeks.
Once your order has been placed, Louise will get in touch to set up your initial 20 minute 'get to know you' and book your feedback session.
DNA Sport:
This genetic test focuses on optimizing athletic performance through nutrition, supplement and lifestyle interventions. We analyse genes involved in injury risk, recovery rate, power vs endurance potential, salt and caffeine sensitivity as well as optimal time of day to train.
