I am very conscious about moving the body and mind together and creating a little magic with each bounti class.”
Why do you love rebounding?
It makes me happy through an endorphin overload! I’m able to express myself, it is low impact, which reduces injury and muscle pain, and is the best form of training for a full body workout AND detox.
